His eyes flash darkly and the manic grin stretches wider across his face as he spreads his arms wide, gesturing to the destruction raging around them.
"Look what I've done," he says, teeth gleaming dangerously in the fire. "Look what I've created."
You just stare, wide eyed at the chaos and the crumbling towers before finally meeting his shadowed eyes. A strangled "Why?" manages to escape through your horror, as you clutch at blood soaked cloth with both hands.
Bending down to look you straight in the eye, power raging through him, he whispers with such devotion it breaks your heart, "I did it for you."
