The sky is so close to the ground and yet so far. If I try hard enough I can almost touch it. This is what you promise me as we lay flat on our backs, staring into the deep, hands outstretched as we watch the clouds float by.

Like the world stopped spinning for a second, and everything was clear. I need more of those moments.”
